King Edward VI Community College is a true comprehensive school with students from the full spectrum of ability, drawn from a large area in South Devon. Our target is for every child in our learning community to attend KEVICC. We are a non-uniform College.
We are a large community, and play a significant role in the locality. We accept students from over 30 primary schools.
The leadership team has a good balance of youth, experience and gender.
The College, which has a proud history dating back to 1553, has a very strong value base from which we work, which manifests itself in positive relationships in the College. Our philosophy puts the learners at the heart of everything we do, and we strive to continually improve the quality of learning. We are committed to life-long learning and see this as a key resource for the whole community.
